What to know about reverse osmosis
Reverse osmosis uses a membrane to reduce dissolved solids in a separate drinking-water stream. Under-sink RO treats the water at that faucet; whole-home RO treats water at the point of entry. These are different configurations.
Tell us about your water source, household demand, available cabinet space, and preferred faucet, and we will confirm the right setup for your kitchen.
What’s inside
The best parts.
Where they come from.
We build every system with premium, certified components, and we tell you exactly where each one is made.

The most reliable, widely used control valve in the industry, with a 72-hour battery backup.
The most expensive tank in the industry, made in Ohio, USA.
Premium coconut carbon grown in arsenic-free soil. Sustainably grown and NSF certified.
10% crosslinked resin from Quebec, Canada, for more chlorine resistance than the 4% most companies use. WQA Gold Seal and NSF certified.
Polishing gravel from Texas. The brine tank holds two bags of salt and cleans the system about once a month.

Maintenance & running costs
- Salt-based softeners use softener salt for regeneration. Check the brine tank regularly and follow your technician’s fill instructions.
- RO cartridges and membranes require periodic replacement. Timing depends on your feed water and household use.
- UV equipment needs lamp and sleeve maintenance on the manufacturer’s schedule.
- Hydrogen peroxide injection systems require replenishment and periodic dosing checks.
- Ask for the maintenance schedule and current consumable prices with your final quote.
Detailed limited warranty

Manufacturer coverage
The linked statement lists 5 years for control valves and filtration media, lifetime coverage for storage tanks, media tanks, and rotary-valve ceramic discs, and 1 year for reverse osmosis systems. Replacement labor is not included in manufacturer component coverage.
Coverage applies to the original purchaser and is subject to installation, operation, maintenance, exclusions, and claim requirements in the full statement. Keep proof of purchase and installation documentation.

Site assessment & installation scope
Your consultant will confirm system sizing, placement, plumbing, drainage, power, and any site-specific work. Trenching, remote travel, disposal, and other custom work can change the final quote.
For tankless RO, show the available electrical outlet as well as cabinet dimensions. Your installer will confirm the requirements for the exact model.
